Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium is, on average, 5–10 business days.

Please note that the delivery time is an indication. During busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances with carriers, an order may take longer to arrive.

As soon as tracking information is available, you will receive it via email. You can then track the status of your order via our Track & Trace page.

Shipping Costs

At Nivexo, you benefit from free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, regardless of the order amount.

You will therefore not pay any additional standard shipping costs during checkout.

Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed and prepared for shipment.

Processing time may be part of the indicated delivery time. As soon as your order is on its way and tracking is available, you will be notified.

Delivery

We use various carriers and delivery partners. Which carrier is used may depend on the product and the destination.

Always carefully check your delivery address when ordering. Have you discovered an error after ordering? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@nivexo.nl. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address.

Delay

Has your order not arrived within the expected delivery time? Please contact us via info@nivexo.nl so we can check the status of your order.

A delay does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in case of late delivery.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@nivexo.nl.

Please state your order number and describe the problem. Photos or videos can help us assess your report more quickly.

We will then look for a suitable solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
