Return and Refund Policy – Nivexo

At Nivexo, we want you to order with confidence. That's why we offer a 30-day return period after receiving your order.

This additional return period does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the statutory right of withdrawal.

Register a return

Would you like to return a product? Please contact us within 30 days of receipt via:

info@nivexo.nl

Please provide your name, order number, and the product you wish to return. You will then receive the return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note: our registered office address is not automatically our return address. Therefore, please contact us for the correct return instructions before shipping.

Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer, when making an online purchase, you generally have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

After you have informed us within this period that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have 14 days to return the product.

You can contact us via info@nivexo.nl for this purpose. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Condition of the returned product

During the cooling-off period, you may examine and assess the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We kindly request that you return the product, if reasonably possible:

• complete;
• carefully packaged;
• with the supplied accessories and parts;
• in the original packaging if you still have it.

The original packaging is not mandatory to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

If you have used a product more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may hold you liable for any depreciation in value.

Return costs

If you return a product because you changed your mind or exercise your general right of withdrawal, the direct return costs are for your own account.

If a product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective, and Nivexo is responsible for it? Please contact us. In that case, your statutory rights apply, and necessary return costs are not automatically for your account.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

Please check your order as soon as possible after receipt.

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@nivexo.nl.

Please provide your order number and describe the problem as clearly as possible. Photos or videos can help us assess your report faster.

A request to report problems promptly does not limit your statutory warranty rights. You are entitled to a product that complies with the agreement.

Products for which the right of withdrawal may be excluded

For certain products, an exception to the right of withdrawal may apply according to the law, for example:

• products manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized;
• products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
• other products or services for which an exception applies under applicable law.

An exception will only be applied if this is legally permissible and you have been informed about it in advance, where required.

Discounted products are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact us via info@nivexo.nl.

In many cases, the quickest solution is to return the original product and then place a new order.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the legally required amounts.

In the event of a complete withdrawal of the order, where legally required, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery do not have to be refunded.

The refund will take place no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it, whichever comes first.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

30-day return period

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Nivexo offers an additional 30-day return period from the day your order was received.

If you wish to return after the statutory cooling-off period but within our additional 30-day period, the conditions of this return policy apply.

This additional return policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Cancel order

Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@nivexo.nl.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, you can exercise the applicable right of withdrawal or return after receipt.
